Kelly is the owner and executive director of Clarity Mental Health in Bellingham Washington, and the founder of EMDR Bellingham. Kelly is a licensed mental health counselor, substance use disorder professional, domestic violence intervention counselor and is certified through EMDRIA as an EMDR therapist.

Kelly has 14 years experience working with clients who struggle with addiction, trauma, mood disorders and PTSD.  Kelly is declared as a Consultant-in-Training under Kristen Gidel Kelly.  Kristen is a Certified EMDR Therapist and Approved Consultant with EMDRIA.  She is a Facilitator and Consultant with the Institute of Creative Mindfulness. 

Connie is an EMDR trained therapist with over 15 years experience working with clients who struggled with PTSD, trauma, attachment wounds and various other complications. Connie is a liscensed mental health counselor and clinical supervisor.

Connie has experience working with couples, children and individuals and utilizes other various therapeutic approaches to help support her EMDR work. 

Crystal is an EMDR trained therapist and trauma specialist. She integrates EMDR with internal family systems therapy to help clients with dissociative barriers and complex issues experience relief. Crystal is a licensed mental health counselor with 5 years experience in the field of mental health. 

Crystal works with adults and teens and has a special interest in caring for victims of violence. She is also trained in other therapeutic models to help best serve her clients needs.
